Morgan Deann Ortagus (born July 10, 1982) is an American television commentator, fiscal analyst, and political counselor who served as spokesperson for the United states Department of State from 2019 to 2021.[2] [3] She previously held authorities positions equally a deputy attaché and intelligence analyst at the Usa Department of the Treasury and as a public affairs officeholder at USAID.
