I think I might know the issue was I just got a new phone and I file transfer my game. When I file transfer under google play using Konami Id it didn't piece of work. Then I use file transfer under Konami id on Website it did work. then I'm guessing that if you utilize file transfer under google play information technology simply relieve on the previous phone only. but if yous use transfer with using Konami Id It will save information technology. This could exist the result. IF you don't have id make sure you lot create on before file transfer on new device, if not information technology won't save. Note: if you don't call up what e-mail you using to create the Konami Id create another Konami ID, but use different email. i tried this method it will work I did this before. I'm 100% guarantee this volition work, if non I don't know what else

Ok, so maybe I'm just not looking in the right place, but I was trying to transfer my data through Konami and the pc gave me the wrong data. I went to reset-upward my id on my telephone and got this:
"Your KONAMI ID is already associated with a dissimilar game data. If you overwrite this with new data, you will lose admission to your previous data."
Now, possibly I'm too item nearly wording, but all I desire to know is whether or not the data being overwritten is the data on my phone, or on the ID.

i have been trying to install duel links on my computer via bluestacks but when i data transfer and download starts and after the download is done it again start downloading data pls aid it stucks in a loop and wont allow me to open my game in figurer

at stride 4 konami website says: "during autentication" and if i open the game he says: do not use the app until you lot have completed the transfer. Assistance!!
